Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment with 2+ years of experience preferred and ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification.

Details

• Radiology/Cardiology MRI Tech unit
• 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday schedule with no on-call requirement
• Uses Philips and GE equipment
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Performs abdomen and pelvis, head and neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and special MRI imaging procedures including MRCP, MRA, MRV, diffusion, and perfusion studies

Requirements

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification accepted
• ARRT R and BLS certification required
• 1-2 years of MRI experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Skilled in isolation precautions/PPE, contrast media administration, radiation safety, and peripheral IV starts
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Works within Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and ER/Trauma settings
• First-time travelers are not required to have prior travel experience
• Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Facility conducts its own mandatory drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana testing, with automatic cancellation for positive results
• RTO must be submitted with candidate profile
