UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving, collaborative primary care practice in the heart of Virginia's beautiful Piedmont region. As part ofUVA Health, you'll join an established team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while expanding access to primary care services throughout Fauquier County. Providers benefit from a supportive, team-based environment with opportunities to develop additional clinical skills and pursue professional growth.

Position Highlights

• Established outpatient Family Medicine practice
• Monday-Friday schedule | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Average patient volume of 19-25 patients per day
• Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Approximately 15 providers within the practice, including 6 APPs
• Onsite moderately complex laboratory and point-of-care testing
• Minimal call responsibility (approximately every 12 weeks)
• Opportunities to expand procedural and diagnostic skillsets
• Strong administrative and clinical support

The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of54.27 to70.99 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
