Senior FP&A Analyst

This Senior FP&A Analyst role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a key area of growth for the company. You’ll be part of a strategic team responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and analyzing metrics that drive management decision-making. Financial analysis experience is required; experience in forecasting or financial information systems is strongly preferred. A strong communicator with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. What does an average day look like? Driving Results: Acting as a finance resource for decision-makers, adding value to their processes. Taking Ownership: Working autonomously to enhance management reporting, owning high-impact deliverables. Making Decisions: Providing actionable insights and alternative perspectives through financial expertise on scheduled and ad-hoc initiatives. Cultivating Relationships: Building effective working relationships across the company and tailoring messaging to the audience. Instilling Trust: Ensuring diligence and attention to detail so other departments can rely on our financial analysis. Customer Focus: Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial insights that support data-driven decisions and add value for internal partners and customers. What background should you have? Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or CMA is a plus. Minimum 2 years managing financial data; forecasting experience preferred. Experience managing a financial information system is preferred. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.); financial modeling is a plus. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
