Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Respond promptly to documentation requirements, ensuring all client interaction records are submitted within 24 hours.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that correspond with each client's goals and needs.

• Engage in regular peer consultations to discuss case progress and enhance collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
