RN Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift

Role Overview The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and ensure appropriate staffing levels. The supervisor actively manages patient flow and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office.
