Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - INTL India

OverviewInsight Global is looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join a dedicated team building and evolving a clinical data platform serving the clinical operations space. You will develop web application features that surface healthcare insights — working across the full stack from backend services to user-facing interfaces.This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in a fast-paced product team. You will build features that connect large-scale data pipelines to intuitive front-end experiences, working closely with product designers, data engineers, and clinical stakeholders. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features end-to-end and shipping quality code in an agile environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full stack features for web applications using .NET (backend) and Vue.js (frontend)Build and consume RESTful APIs and JSON-based data contracts that integrate with large-scale clinical data pipelinesCollaborate with product designers to implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfacesWork with data engineers and backend teams to ensure efficient data flow between services, pipelines, and front-end layersWrite clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standardsContribute to sprint planning, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions within the product teamTroubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack — from database queries through API layers to UI renderingQualifications5+ years of professional full stack development experienceStrong proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend development — building APIs, services, and server-side logicHands-on experience with Vue.js for frontend development; familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystemsSolid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON data formats, and client-server communication patternsExperience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and writing performant queriesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practicesComfortable working independently in a remote setting with a distributed, cross-time zone teamExposure to Azure cloud platforms and containerized deployment environments is a plusBackground in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or clinical research is a strong plusWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
