Permanency Supervisor

Job Overview Texas Family Initiative is hiring a full‑time Permanency Supervisor. The average salary is $67,204.80, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential. Key Responsibilities Supervise the permanency staff assigned to the area. Promote the well‑being of children in the Permanency Services Program. Participate in staff meetings and trainings. Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in providing permanency services. Perform duties directly or through subordinates, interacting routinely with clients, judges, attorneys, children, school personnel and other community partners. Candidate Requirements Direct supervisory experience in one or more of the following areas: Permanency Supervision Conservatorship Supervision Family‑Based Safety Services (FBSS) Supervision Child Protective Investigations (CPI) Supervision Experience may be gained through DFPS, an SSCC, or a comparable child welfare agency. Show compassion, eagerness to learn, and a desire to help families in crisis. Agree to complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the hiring process. Sign‑On Bonus (External Candidates Only)

• 5,000 for candidates with 3–4 years of qualifying supervisory experience.
• 8,000 for candidates with 5+ years of qualifying supervisory experience.
