About The Role

Tidal Realty Partners is a growing Wilmington-based real estate and investment team looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help us build and grow our brand across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. This is specific to the Team Leaders' individual presence and the company presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves being behind the camera, and knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping short-form video.

You will be the creative engine behind our online presence — capturing our team in action, producing polished Reels and Shorts, and keeping our look and voice consistent everywhere people find us. Your two primary missions: grow the audience of our team leader, and grow the audience of our company website and pages.

This internship is designed to grow with you. For the right person who delivers results and fits our culture, it can evolve into a full-time marketing role.

Schedule & Time Commitment

This is a flexible, hybrid internship built around two components:

• Roughly 2 days per week on-site (in person) in the Wilmington area to capture video and photos of the team leader, agents, and listings. These days need to be somewhat predictable so shoots can be scheduled.
• The remaining work is remote and self-paced — you edit footage, produce videos, schedule posts, and manage the pages on your own time, as you see fit.
• Estimated total commitment is about 15–20 hours per week. We’re open to students and can work around class schedules.

Compensation & Perks

Monthly stipend: $1,200–$1,500 / month (based on ~15–20 hrs/week; commensurate with experience)
