Key Responsibilities\n

Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the treatment process.

Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed, based on ongoing assessments and collaborative discussions.
