What You Will Be Doing (Essential Duties) Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial processing Maintain and organize financial documents for audit readiness Provide support for other basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using accounting software (experience with Blackbaud NXT or similar tools is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment. Other Duties Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Attend trainings and meetings as assigned. Adhere to safety policies including participation in fire/disaster drills. Education and Experience Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level in accounting, finance, or a related field.
