Qualifications: Do you have knowledge and experience in rough framing, wall, rafter, and stair layout? Are you familiar with stud placement and have experience operating gradalls and forklifts? If you have experience working with framing crews and tight production timelines, you might be the perfect fit for this role. Your ability to coordinate, manage, and direct others effectively will be crucial to your success.

• Knowledge and experience in rough framing.
• Knowledge and experience in wall, rafter, and stair layout.

• Experience operating gradalls and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities: As a Carpenter at MBC, you will be deeply involved in every phase of our construction process. Your journey begins with following established safety rules and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will verify the trueness of structures using tools like plumb bobs and levels, assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, and build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other fixtures. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, so you will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.

• Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Verify trueness of structures using plumb bobs and levels.
• Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props using hand-held tools, nails, dowel pins, and glue.
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other fixtures using woodworking machines, carpenters' tools, and power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floors, trim, or hardware.
