Compensation:

1. Salary: $26.00-32.00/hr based on experience
2. Shift Differentials: $3.00 Night Shift
3. $4.00 instead of benefits
4. $15,000 sign on bonus!!! FOR DAY SHIFT ONLY (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you worked at any of our facilities in the past)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
3. Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
5. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
2. Certification in State of AL
3. Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
