Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming. Offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practices to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life. You’ll also play a vital role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation of care.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate residents to identify functional impairments and therapy needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for safety and independence
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional recovery strategies
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines
Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license
In good standing with all applicable licensing boards
Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred
Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
