Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming. Offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practices to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life. You’ll also play a vital role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation of care.

• Evaluate residents to identify functional impairments and therapy needs

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team

• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for safety and independence

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional recovery strategies

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines

• Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license

• In good standing with all applicable licensing boards

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
