If you recently graduated from CDL school, we'll help you make the transition from the classroom to the driver's seat.

At O'Connell Motor Freight, you're not expected to figure everything out alone. You'll train one-on-one with an experienced mentor, gain real-world driving experience, and move into your own assigned truck once you're ready.

Here's what you can expect:

• $850/week during paid training
• Your own assigned truck after training
• Earn $1,600-$1,800+ per week as a solo driver
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time
• No-touch dry van freight
• Pet & rider policy available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL School Graduate
• Minimum 120 Hours of Training
• Meet DOT Requirements
• Satisfactory driving record
