Temporary Contract Recruiter

Vaco Phoenix has partnered with a growing organization to hire a Temporary Contract Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting for key roles, including Field Technicians, Store Managers, and other hands-on or skilled trade positions. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


This is a fully onsite role, 40 hours/week, paying up to $34 per hour.



Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Track candidates and maintain reporting for all requisitions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, ideally for high-volume, hands-on, or skilled trade roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
