Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Lease Accounting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process common area maintenance charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms.
• Prepare and manage common area maintenance accruals, analysis, and annual budgets.
• Reconcile tenant and landlord ledgers and assist with resolving billing questions or disputes.
• Analyze lease related expense activity and maintain clear supporting documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to support reporting needs and improve lease accounting processes.

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or a related field.
• Previous experience with lease accounting, expense recoveries, or property related financial tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile detailed ledgers.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment.
