SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager looking to lead an experienced team ofservice advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing serviceadvisors and making sure that our service department provides excellent customerservice, scheduling appointments, and providing estimates and recommendations forrepairs. The Service Manager must be able to communicate effectively with bothcustomers and advisors, aid the team in setting and completing their goals, and managethe workflow of the service department, ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timelymanner.Responsibilities:Set and maintain service advisors, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.Ensure that customers are being provided with excellent customer service.Develop and implement service policies and proceduresMonitor Service Advisor-Customer interactions and help provide accurate informationwhen needed.Manage service department budget and expensesCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers in understanding their repair needs, costs, and timeframe.
