Interim Registered Dietitian SNF Nutrition Care Expert
Apex Rehabilitation and Healthcare
Apex Rehabilitation and Healthcare in New York is seeking a Dietitian to lead nutritional care for patients in an interim SNF setting. You will plan, assess, implement and evaluate care plans, document in the medical record, and assist in menu modifications and related nutritional functions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Food, Nutrition or Dietetics and active RD credential, with preference for Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics membership.
