Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to aid clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to uphold client confidentiality and data protection.

• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, participating in monthly case consultations to enhance treatment strategies.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a comprehensive support system.

• Stay updated on the latest research, clinical practices, and innovations in mental health to deliver the highest standard of care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults and adolescents, experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. The role involves addressing not just their mental health needs but also providing guidance to help them develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a current license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to tailor approaches based on individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to foster effective interactions and create a positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
