Patient Care Representative Broadway, VA First (Days) Overview: Sentara Timber Way Health Center is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Broadway, VA! Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile. Education: High School Diploma (Required) Experience: Customer service experience (Preferred) We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.24 - $30.25 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
