Program Analyst

Program AnalystHelpServes as a program manager with responsibility for implementing policies, directives, procedures and methods in support of programs managed by the Engineering Division.Skillfully prepares project papers/staff reports and in organizing and delivering briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.Possesses knowledge and comprehensive understanding of numerous non-IT program areas such as facility operations, personnel management, and contracting.Provides reports, evaluated information, budgetary proposals and similar products necessary for effective direction of program operations.Obtains estimates, requests funding, tracks and manages funding requests such as Reimbursable Work Authorizations for GSA.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pmCompressed/Flexible: Upon supervisor discretionTelework: This position may be authorized for ADHOC telework.Virtual: This is not a virtual position.Position Description/PD#: Program Analyst/ PD190100Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not AuthorizedPermanent Change of Station (PCS): Not AuthorizedPCS Appraised Value Offer (AVO): Not Authorized
