Required profile : Lady between 40 and 60 years old, good presentation, clean and neat Empathetic, smiling, dynamic, in a good mood and positive Good listening skills, enjoys interacting with family and beneficiaries Discreet, but capable of taking initiatives independently Experience with elderly people, particularly those with early Alzheimer's, is a real asset Driver's license required Level of French capable of communicating fluently with the speakers Beneficiary profile: Madam – 85 years old: Independent, but difficulty moving. Pacemaker wearer Mild hearing loss Speaks with pleasure, likes to exchange Good continence day and night Mr. – 86 years old: Independent for activities of daily living Mild memory loss, early Alzheimer's Good continence day and night 1m90 – 90 kg Both move around on their own and are completely independent in their daily lives, but would like to benefit from a reassuring and structuring presence. There is already another member of staff, so we will need to get along well with this person. Typical daily rhythm: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.: Wake up and have breakfast 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.: Dressing and washing 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Quiet activities (reading, walking, etc.) 13 p.m.: Cold meal (salad, soup, yogurt) 14 p.m. – 15:30 p.m.: Nap Late afternoon: Walk or small activity 19:30 p.m.: Hot, varied and generous dinner 20:30 p.m.–21 p.m.: Television 23 p.m. – 23:30 p.m.: Bedtime Tasks to be performed: Collaboration with the other worker Prepare meals (simple, varied, balanced) Accompany to medical visits by car Basic computer and email management for communication with family Work in conjunction with an existing housekeeper Working conditions : €1.960 net/month, room, board, laundry.
