Blue United Sourcing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a rehab team at a skilled nursing facility in Atascadero. You’ll play a key role in helping residents rebuild independence, improve daily function, and navigate their recovery with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs
• Create and adjust treatment plans to support functional progress
• Work closely with nursing and therapy teams to coordinate care
• Complete documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards
• Build trust with patients through consistent, quality interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California OT license
• SNF or rehab experience is a plus
• Solid clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
• A team player who shows up with consistency and professionalism
