Operations Manager

Operations ManagerRequired Skills & Experience- 5+ years leading application support, production support, IT operations, or technical support teams.Experience managing technical support operations in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments preferred.Strong understanding of incident, problem, escalation, and service delivery management practices.Experience with Jira, Confluence, KPI reporting, and operational dashboarding.Proficiency in SQLStrong client-facing communication, executive presence, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing issues, and coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.ITIL certification or practical experience applying ITIL-based service management practices.Experience supporting healthcare applications or healthcare technology operations.Experience leading remote or distributed delivery teams.The Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our client's Production Support Program. This role serves as the primary client-facing operational leader, ensuring SLA attainment, ticket management effectiveness, resource coordination, escalation management, and delivery excellence across the L2 and L3 support teams.
