Production Scheduler

The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that meet customer demand while optimizing manufacturing capacity, inventory levels, and resource utilization. This position collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient execution of the production plan. LOCATION: Riceboro, GA Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity. Monitor finished goods inventory levels and raw material availability. Coordinate with Procurement regarding raw material constraints. Communicate schedule changes to production teams. Monitor order priorities and delivery commitments. Review production performance against schedule. Resolve routine scheduling conflicts. Support inventory reduction initiatives. Participate in daily production meetings. Escalate significant supply or capacity issues to leadership. Ensure scheduling accuracy and data integrity. Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

2–5 years of manufacturing or supply chain experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Knowledge of ERP systems (D365, Omnis, etc.). Strong Excel and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
