We are looking for technicians who: Understand dealership workflow and flat-rate production Can diagnose and repair efficiently Take pride in quality workmanship Want long-term stability and growth Compensation $40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production ability Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for qualified candidates.
