We're focused on our customer and our community, and we're always seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team!ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departmentsInteract daily with technicians and retail customersProvide in-stock parts information to techniciansResearch and find parts as necessaryAnswer phone and email inquiriesProvide parts cost estimates for commercial and retail requestsAssist with monitoring and adjusting inventoryGuarantee all parts are properly taggedSupervise stock order proceduresWork closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts neededProvides technical assistance when necessaryDevelop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfactionEnforce safety requirementsMaintain a professional appearanceRequirementsTechnical automotive knowledgeComputer literacyGood communication skillsBasic understanding of inventory and reportingBenefits:401KHealth InsuranceDental and Vision InsuranceVacation
