We're seeking a Hospital Pharmacist for a rewarding travel opportunity in scenic Hood River, Oregon. This day-shift assignment offers a consistent four-day workweek and the chance to practice in a collaborative inpatient setting while enjoying everything the Columbia River Gorge has to offer.

What You'll Do

• Verify and review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and drug information
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis for daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure safe and efficient medication distribution throughout the hospital

Requirements

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with inpatient order verification and clinical pharmacy services
• Pharmacokinetics experience
• Experience with EPIC and Pyxis preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
