Are you passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about food and wine, and looking to work in one of Tulsa’s premier dining destinations? Prhyme Downtown Steakhouse is seeking experienced, professional servers to join our team. 

At Prhyme, we believe that every detail matters — from the perfect sear on a filet to the final pour of a fine vintage. As a server, you are the connection between our kitchen and our guests, responsible for crafting memorable dining experiences with grace, poise, and enthusiasm. 

What We’re Looking For

• A polished, guest-first mindset and commitment to hospitality
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in upscale or fine dining service preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails — or the desire to learn
• Team-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and demeanor

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive and informed service to every guest, every time
• Guide guests through our steakhouse menu and world-class wine list
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and shared spaces
• Uphold all service, safety, and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a warm and welcoming dining room atmosphere

Compensation Transparency
The listed pay range of $600–$1,500 per week reflects typical total earnings for servers at Prhyme, including base hourly wages and gratuities. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as hours worked, shift availability, and individual performance. While this position is classified as tipped, our estimates are based on historical averages and current service volume. We’re proud to offer our team a high-earning potential in a professional, upscale environment.
