- Serve as a senior clinical liaison between CAS teams and assigned school programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators, special education teams, and related service providers
- Lead school-level professional development, workshops, and behavior management trainings
- Collaborate with IEP teams to design, monitor, and refine individualized behavioral programming for students with ASD and/or EBD
- Support the MTSS/RTI process and IEP development for existing and new eligibility determinations
- Partner with medical professionals and, when appropriate, law enforcement to ensure students are supported across all environments
- Conduct and oversee advanced Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) across multiple classrooms
- Oversee program integrity and implementation fidelity across school-based settings
- Analyze caseload and classroom-level data to identify trends, clinical risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Coach teams in evidence-based approaches including PFA/SBT, PRT, AAC systems, and function-based interventions
- Implement and promote trauma-informed practices, restorative justice frameworks (e.g., SOAR), and de-escalation strategies
- Partner with CAS internal leadership on quality assurance, clinical standards, and program development
- Contribute to training materials, supervision models, and shared clinical resources
- High-quality, ethical, and consistent behavioral programming across classrooms and caseloads
- Effective supervision and development of BCBAs and Lead RBTs
- Strong school and program partnerships built on trust and clinical credibility
- Positive student outcomes and sustainable behavioral systems
- Alignment with CAS clinical standards, values, and ethical practice
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current, active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 4-5 years of post-certification ABA experience, with at least 3 years in school-based or educational settings
- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing BCBAs and/or paraprofessional staff across multiple classrooms or programs
- Experience overseeing Lead RBTs or senior paraprofessional staff in school-based settings
- Strong experience conducting and overseeing FBAs and BIPs for students with ASD and/or EBD across severity levels
- Experience with the MTSS/RTI process and IEP development for both existing and new eligibilities
- Familiarity with augmented and alternative communication systems (AAC, PECS, sign language, etc.)
- Experience with trauma-informed frameworks, restorative justice practices (e.g., SOAR), and/or partnering with medical and law enforcement stakeholders
- Comprehensive data collection and analysis skills across all behavior types
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with school personnel, families, and clinical teams
