Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking an experienced Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage at a modern Emergency Department in Trinity, Florida. The ideal candidate will be board-certified, experienced in emergency care for patients of all ages, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment with a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and urgent illnesses or injuries.
• Stabilize patients and manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other critical cases.
• Collaborate with hospital specialists and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certifiedor Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required
