• $2,000 AT 90 DAYS

Compensation: Competitive Salary - W2 and 1099 compensation models available.
Schedule: Full-Time, 30 hours per week, 4 days per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing
Location: Port Jervis, NY and Middletown, NY

What You’ll Do

• Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.

• Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

• Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.

• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.

• Prescribe medications responsibly within your NP scope.

• Educate residents and families on staying healthy and independent.

• Keep clear, up-to-date records in eClinicalWorks.

• Participate in quality initiatives that truly make care better.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.

• Active New York State NP license and DEA registration.

• Medicare/Medicaid approved provider.

• 3+ years of clinical experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus).

• A great bedside manner, a big heart, and a good sense of humor.

Your Schedule

• Full-Time, 30 hours per week, 4 days per week

• On-site only (not remote)

• No weekends. No nights
