We’re growing fast in Charlotte and looking for a skilled, customer-first, HVAC Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. What You’ll Do Perform light repairs and troubleshooting of residential HVAC systems Execute maintenance service on HVAC systems for our NuShield Protection Plan Members Accurately document maintenance findings, equipment condition, work completed, recommendations, photos, customer communication Perform regular maintenance to prevent major repairs Communicate professionally from arrival through completion, protect the customer's home, maintain a clean work area, respect the customer's property, and ensure the customer Remain observant for potential plumbing, electrical, or other home-service concerns while in the customer's home.
