What You’ll Be Doing As our Flat Top Grill Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the flat top grill to cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency.
- Preparing and assembling dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe cooking station.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Monitoring food inventory and assisting with restocking as needed.
We’re searching for a candidate with:
- 3 years of experience working as a cook, preferably on a flat top grill.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards.
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality dishes every time.
