Conduct Case Manager

Conduct Case Manager Department: Office of the Dean of Students, Student Conduct-OPS Compensation: $17.00 Hourly This position supports the Student Conduct unit by focusing on scheduling disciplinary meetings and hearings for staff; preparing case documentation packets for panel hearings and appeal meetings; and providing overall administrative support as the conduct case manager. Responsibilities Support the regulated hearing scheduling process and case documentation requirements. Assist the University Conduct Officer with scheduling student conduct hearings, processing Notice of Charges letters, and preparing case documentation. Prepare materials for conduct appeals, blending administrative functions with regulatory requirements and submissions from case participants within the conduct case management system. Maintain confidentiality of student records. Other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Act as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) and report to the University Police Department any crime or incident that becomes known to the holder of this position. Complete required CSA training session (online or in‑person). Qualifications Background check required. Credit check may be required in conjunction with university policy. Must promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse as a “Responsible Employee” under Title IX.
