Revenue Cycle Manager

Summary SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) works as part of the finance department. The RCM is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the RCM. The RCM will also provide backup coverage as a working supervisor in the absence of the RCM, when necessary. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Associate in arts degree in Human Service/Social Science or similar; or Five (5) years of full‑time, paid experience in a social service or health services agency; Knowledge of managed care plans preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft applications specifically Excel, and Word. Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques. Bilingual preferred but not required. Excellent communications skills and the ability to establish rapport. Ability to work in a variety of settings with culturally diverse families and communities with the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate.
