Community Engagement Job Description This job helps people connect with their community and get the support they need. Job Duties Work with people, families, and community partners. Help plan community activities and events. Build partnerships and share information about services. Connect people to resources and opportunities in the community. Keep records and work with staff to support program goals. Follow safety, privacy, and DBHDS rules. Qualifications Experience in human services, behavioral health, or disability services is preferred. Good communication, organization, and people skills. A valid driver’s license will be needed. Must be able to complete required background checks and training. Skills Understand person-centered support, privacy, and community inclusion. Communicate well and work with different people. Stay organized, keep records, and handle several tasks. Use good judgment and work well alone or with a team. Work Setting This job may include local driving, flexible hours, and work in both office and community settings. Staff must follow agency policy, DBHDS rules, and person-centered practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
