• Greet and assist Veterans, visitors, and staff
• Handle check-in/check-out processes
• Verify patient information and eligibility
• Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation
• Coordinate with providers and clinical teams
• Process consults, referrals, and documentation
• Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
