Responsibilities:

• Conducting visual inspections of parts, components, and finished products to identify any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications.
• Performing functional tests, durability tests, and other specialized tests to evaluate product performance and reliability.
• Documenting inspection results, test data, and findings in written reports, inspection logs, or electronic databases.
• Communicating quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders, including production personnel, supervisors, and quality engineers.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
• Providing training and guidance to production operators and other personnel on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education preferred ; High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly facility.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with statistical process control techniques.
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Proficient in English.
• Shift schedule (subject to change): 2nd Shift - 3:30pm-12:30am.
