Warehouse Associate

Pay Range $16.65hr - $21.65hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts with appropriate training and/or certification.

Responsibilities:

• Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks.
• Performs material movements both physically and systematically within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist.
• Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away.
• Loads and/or unloads trucks as required.
• May assist and train associates with on-the-job training.
• Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity.
• Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
• Performs cycle counting.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and procedures.
• Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management.
• Maintains positive and cooperative communication and collaboration.
• Promotes a positive work environment.
• Participates in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, and ISO Standards as defined by the supervisor.
• Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department-specific requirements.
• Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable.
• Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.
