Business Continuity Senior Associate Location Flexible

This is a strategic role focused on maintaining critical operations during and after disruptions such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other crises. The Senior Business Continuity Associate will assist in ensuring the firm can respond quickly and efficiently, and resume operations after disruptions within expectations. Plan Development & Maintenance Create, update, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plan Create update and maintain Business Impact Analysis including identifying resources needed and identification of recovery time/point objectives Development of Testing Strategies Work with stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies (e.g., geographical handoffs, work from home) are tested regularly. Training & Awareness Deliver training programs to employees on business continuity requirements.
