Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management, organization, and preparation of learning materials
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that respects each child’s unique strengths and abilities
• Help reinforce lesson content, monitor student engagement, and motivate learners throughout activities
• Communicate regularly with teachers about student progress and any concerns that arise
