Painter

Position: Painter
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Location: Cameron, TX

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Painter to start IMMEDIATELY at $15.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Mix paint and primer consistently
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Operate a tape measure and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Identify and match colors accurately
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Recognize various CORE (wood) materials used in projects
• Complete required respiratory tests and wear masks in high-temperature environments (100-120°F)
• Install, stage, and move materials along the assembly line
• Uphold safety standards, including PPE usage

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of paint experience (industrial, manufacturing, or auto body preferred)
• Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting job tickets in English
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measuring tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic
• Capable of working in high temperatures and wearing respiratory masks for extended periods
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy materials

• Painting, primer mixing, blueprint reading, equipment maintenance
• Preventive and safety procedures adherence

• Working in hot environments (100-120°F)
• Installing and staging materials in a fast-paced assembly line environment
