The ideal candidate is an energetic individual, a team player, and can provide services necessary for the efficient operation of Ameraflex. This is an In-Person position located in Deer Park, Texas, with operating hours of M-F, 8AM-5PM. This position will report directly to the Purchasing Manager.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Deer Park, Tx, for a Purchasing Representative.  The Purchasing Representative will manage the procurement process, including creating and managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and developing relationships with suppliers.  Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing vendor communications, and working closely with team members across departments to support operational goals.  Efficiency, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are critical for this role.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders and a strong understanding of Purchasing and Procurement processes.
• Experience in Contract Negotiations to ensure favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with gaskets, seals, hoses, etc., strongly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and vendors.
• Capability to work on-site in Deer Park, TX, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
