Final Filing Date: 6/18/2026 Job Code #: JC- 520555 The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Services Supervisor I to join our team at DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. Under the general direction of the Facilities Unit and Business Services Unit Supervisor II, this position provides leadership and oversight for critical contracts and procurement activities that support DMV operations and field offices throughout California. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of Analyst I and Analyst II staff. Lead and coordinate contracts and procurement activities that support statewide DMV operations. Provide expertise and guidance on procurement policies, procedures, and best practices. Review, develop, and implement business service processes to improve operational effectiveness. Oversee contract development, execution, monitoring, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Analyze business needs and recommend solutions to support organizational goals. Monitor workloads, establish priorities, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Exercise independent judgment and decision-making authority on complex business service matters. Support continuous improvement initiatives impacting DMV field offices statewide.
