We’re seeking skilled and motivated Physical Therapists for a 13‐week contract assignment supporting patients in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital‐based settings. If you enjoy evidence‐based practice, flexible scheduling, and collaborative care, this contract offers variety, stability, and meaningful impact.

Schedule Options

This assignment offers multiple scheduling options to fit your availability:

• Three 12‐Hour Shifts per Week
• • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

OR

• Five 8‐Hour Shifts per Week

OR

• Four 10‐Hour Shifts per Week

Shift availability may vary by facility.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, neuromuscular re‐education, and functional mobility training
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety techniques, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions based on response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support recovery goals
• Recommend appropriate assistive devices and mobility equipment
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
• Acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, LTAC, or hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment‐planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient‐education abilities
• Ability to motivate patients through recovery and functional progression
• Reliability and flexibility for contract‐based scheduling
