Job Description

Looking for a Better Shop?

If you're an experienced automotive technician who's tired of waiting on approvals, chasing parts, or working in a shop that doesn't value your time, we'd like to talk.

Shums Auto Repair is growing, and we're looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in repairing vehicles correctly the first time.

Here's what you can expect:

• $70,000 to $140,000+ per year
• Daily guarantee + production incentives
• $800+ average repair order
• Many of our technicians consistently produce 55+ hours per week
• Busy, year-round workflow
• Strong service advisors who keep work moving
• Clean, organized, professional shop
• Health insurance contribution
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Paid training and ASE certification assistance

We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for someone who shows up every day, works hard, diagnoses vehicles properly, and takes pride in quality repairs with minimal comebacks.

We have openings at both our Southampton and Philadelphia locations.

If you're satisfied where you are, we genuinely wish you continued success. But if you've been thinking there might be a better place to build your career, we'd welcome the opportunity to have a confidential conversation.

There's no pressure and no obligation—just a chance to see if we're the right fit for each other.

If you know a great technician who deserves a better opportunity, we'd appreciate you sharing this post.
