Salary Range: $21.00 To $23.00 Annually Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers? Join our team as an Accounting Clerk and gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and daily business operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Process and verify invoices Perform bank reconciliations Assist with journal entries and accruals Support job costing and expense tracking Process expense reports and mileage Answer calls for the Controller and Accounts Payable Track key distributions Distribute interoffice mail twice daily Prepare quarterly compliance letters Pull monthly bank statements Help resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Knowledge of basic accounting principles Microsoft Excel and accounting software experience Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team WHY JOIN PEPSI MIDAMERICA?
