Key Responsibilities

As a valued Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. Duties include:

• Building and maintaining positive daily relationships with customers.
• Preparing and providing accurate product quotations and resolving customer support inquiries.
• Managing the complete order lifecycle—from initial data entry through delivery—by collaborating closely with our shipping and production departments.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required ( some college coursework is a plus ).
• Technical & Computer Skills: Strong computer proficiency and data entry experience ( SAP experience preferred ).
• Math Skills: Solid basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and decimals quickly and accurately.
• Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Core Competencies: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Work Style: A fast learner who follows instructions well and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or account administration is helpful!
