Base Pay $14.00 - $18.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt - FT Description The Sales & Leasing Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while learning the core skills needed to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused rent-to-own retail environment. Representing a product lineup that includes stylish furniture, cutting-edge electronics, dependable appliances, and seasonal favorites, this position helps customers create homes they love—without the barriers of traditional retail. The Sales & Leasing Associate actively engages with customers, supports their leasing needs, manages accounts, and contributes to both sales and collections—key pillars of long-term success in the rent-to-own industry. Through professional communication and genuine relationship-building, the associate helps ensure customers feel supported from the showroom floor to the delivery of their products. In addition to customer interaction, the role supports essential store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, ensuring product availability, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting showroom. Requirements General Requirements: Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement) This is an in-person job; remote work is not available Effective organizational skills High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements: Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics Prolonged periods of driving and standing Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
